Our favorite feature of the first floor apartment (second floor to us) --- the tall glass French doors that opened onto a tiny balcony with a full view of Rossio Square. We fell in love with the place then and there!. The room size was generous with lots of space for umbrellas to dry. Kitchenette was cozy but more than adequate. Security was excellent with three doors that required only a "tap" to unlock. Washer and dryer on the same floor with instructions in English. Daily room cleaning with fresh towels was a special but unexpected amenity. The shower was large with two shower heads. Natalie, our landlord, met us at the main door entrance with key card and gave us an introductory tour of the apartment.

Location is excellent. I saw some negative comments regarding the surroundings but they were not accurate, the location felt safe and very central. Beds are comfortable. The place is spot on clean. Shower has a strong water pressure. Air conditioning in the room. Very friendly staff. Bonus tip, if you want that room with the small balcony facing the square, ask for the room called "Pedro Álvares Cabral".

It is a spacious room, with a kitchen. It is one of those big apartments that was split into a few smaller ones. There is a shared laundry. Great location, so we were able to walk to most of the attractions. The beds were comfortable. The check out time was longer than what you usually get offered. This place also offer an option to store your luggage if you decide to do some sightseeing on the last day. That was really helpful!

It was a great apartment to stay in. We messaged the host 20 mins before we got there and they met us there. Be aware that there are 22 steps to walk up to get to the apartments. (Pack light lol) The location was prime. So much to see and do in the Rossio area. There was construction going on the outside of the building but it was only during the day and did not really affect our stay. The bed was comfortable and the amenties, fridge, stovetop, washer and dryer, air conditioning were all working fine. There was a grocery store a few minutes walking distance away as well as pharmacies, cafes, restaurants and clothing stores.It had everything we needed. We would still stay at this accomodation the next time we visit. It had everything we needed and it's a great area. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host was just a quick text message away. We couldn't get the tv working properly so we texted the host and she came over within 15-20 minutes and the issue was rectified.

Location was unbeatable. One block back from Rua Augusta. Laundry facilities were fantastic, staff very prompt and very friendly. Comfy beds and large room.

Placed perfectly for tourism and easy access to the most popular neighborhoods. The room was big and very comfortable. Mini kitchen a definite plus, although I did not really use it. I was met on time to get my keys and she was very helpful and kind.

The location is superb - close to restaurants, nice walks, views to the castle (lit nicely at night), and souvenir shops. The Uber pickup/dropoff spot is steps away. The metro station is also close by but we didn't use it. The room was very nice - clean and comfortable. I was traveling with a friend, so, having two beds was great. And our host was super nice.

The guy who met us to give us the keycard and show us the room, Leandro, was so friendly and helpful, which got our stay off to a great start, It was in a very central position, near all transport, it was cleaned every day with fresh towels, it had everything we needed, a nice big tv that we could watch Netflix on, there was lots of hot water and the bed was big and very comfortable.
